Open your billing settings and click “Cancel subscription.” That’s it: no email, no phone call, no retention hoops. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you don’t renew after that, your workspace stays available as read-only and nothing is deleted.
Your 3-day Pro trial begins after you complete checkout with a payment card. You are charged $0 today, then $19/month when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
If you don’t cancel, your Pro subscription starts automatically at $19/month with no interruption. If you cancel during the trial, it ends right away and you are not charged: your workspace becomes read-only, and your conversations and documents are kept.
Yes. Your conversations, uploaded documents, and workspace settings are never deleted when you cancel. If you resubscribe later, everything is exactly where you left it.
